Heisler Park Picnic

My family and I are planning to spend a day at Heisler Park (Picnic Beach) and I was wondering if we need to make reservation to reserve a picnic table and if so, is there a cost? Also, are there bbq pits at Heisler Park (Picnic Beach)?

There are picnic tables--no fee or res required. There are no firepits but there are BBQ/grills.

I didn’t even get a chnace to walk on the beach, which made me really sad. How fun that you were there and got to put your toes in the sand!
