Anniversary must eats!

Hello,

My wife and I will be spending 3 days in Laguna for our 1st anniversary. We are familiar with some of the restaurants, but I would like to expand our horizons. What restaurants in your opinion are "must eats" in Laguna and why?

Here are three top places to eat in Laguna Beach: Sapphire, Tabu and French 75 -- all located on S. Coast Hwy.

We enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner at The Studio at the Montage. This past Dec. Sapphire was excellent. Splashes, Las Brisas and Ristorante Rumari were all very good, also. :)
