rental car??????

my wife and i are planning a 4 night stay at surf and sand.will we be in walking distance to most everything or is there resonable transit available without going through the expense of a rental car and the $27 a day parking.thank you in advance for some advice.....

When are you going to the Surf & Sand Resort? If it's during the winter, then your option is taking a taxi. Main Beach is about a mile away from the Resort, and there are sidewalks. If you decide to take a taxi to Main Beach, it's about $15 each way. On the other hand, if you're going during season, then Laguna offers a free shuttle service!
