Where's a good spot to go hiking in Laguna Beach? I'd appreciate any advice!

You can contact the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park at 949-923-2235 or Crystal Cove State Park at 949-494-3539 for hiking information.

There are a lot of great trails, but some are hard to find. My favorite is at the top of the hill... go up Park Avenue to the very top and then turn LEFT to the end. The view from there is spectacular and 360 towards the ocean and then back towards the hills and mountains. You hike down into the canyons... very nice.

There is some great hiking with awesome views in the Arch Beach Heights neighborhood. Just head to Moulton Meadows at the intersection of Del Mar and Balboa. Plenty of hiking from there to Top of the World and down into Aliso & Wood Canyons Regional Park. Nice views from there for the Independence Day fireworks as well (...don't tell anyone I said that :-)

To get to \"Top of the World\" AKA \"Alta Laguna Park\", follow Park Avenue to the very top and then turn LEFT to the cul de sac at the end (there\'s plenty of free parking). In addition to amazing views, and great hiking and mountain biking trails, there are also tennis courts and playground equipment.
